Actually this saying has nothing to do with food :) It tells us to focus more on our goals than on the way to get there and even more important, not fall for the easy way many people follow: use the mean as a goal ;)

lmal, I am English born here in Londons fair city and I will say your English is better than a lot of people born here. I have noticed alot of mistakes in spelling and grammar by the English themselves.

Is necessary to combine these two items and properly them to use.  

I am 50 % -Latvian( father) , and 50% - Russian ( mother)....
But if I speak about hockey - I am  100 % Russian!
