From my childhood I knew about God. I knew all miracles what Jesus did when He was on Earth. I went in Sunday school, get baptized but after few months I went away from church and God. I still don`t know reason for it! I went to study to different school and evil things came into me, I started to hate people, fighting, I drunk a lot, I was listening depressive music, smoked, and I went to every party. In that time I thought it is cool and modern. After well-known persons death I started to think- is there any purpose for life? Now I can say- YES! But then sometimes I went to church services but I kept having parties.



One day I come home after church and I started tell my mom that in Jelgava there will be prayer cam and my mom, even she was unbeliever, said: “You should go!” And then it came- 2009. 8th February and camp “History Makers 8”! In the beginning all people seemed weird and smiley! I thought: “Maybe they smoke here?”



Then the evening prayer meeting started and pastor Sem was talking about women from Bible- Tamara.  And there was this feeling that he is talking about me! And God touched me. In camp I met God Who never leaves, God Whom you can trust, God Who never change, God Who loves even you did something! From that time my life has been change for 180 degrees.
