ORGASMS - (THE BIG O). How do both men and women achieve this?

I think men and women achieve orgasms differently. While men reaching orgasms in a pretty straightforward manner (easier to reach). However, reaching women orgasms are more complicated and not straightforward. Most men we agree with me that, our orgasms can be reached easily via oral, maturbation, sex and so on. Are there other ways men can achieve this? From experience I know that we can achieve this via sex, oral, masturbation, sex positions, touching, massage and so on.
