additionally... perhaps referencing "what is love" intends to make note of the Howard Jones pop song of that title from 1983.

"anders" in German means "otherwise" or "different"

Well, I found this abbreviation: ANaDeR (l'Alliance Nationale des Démocrates pour la Reconstruction), but no plural

any ideas on anaders

Well, according to the thefreedictionary.com, "pean" is a less common US spelling of "paean" and the given meaning there is quite close to what Ian indicated.
No, love is not a "A song of joyful praise or exultation" only. I thought is many more things.

hmm, never saw paean spelled pean.
i learned something today.

Pean - 1535–45; < L: religious or festive hymn, special use of Paean  appellation of Apollo < Gk Paiā́n  physician of the gods

Sorry no explanation for anaders
