4) Collect donation for poor & physically challenged child and spend accordingly.
5) Search Wellness Minded Women in other town/state/country & offer to work.
6) Search poor women interested to run an unit of making “Glass Painting”.
7) Search poor women to sale Glass Painting door to door on commission.
8) Search poor but quality women looking for Job Placement through us.
OPERATIONS & TECHINCAL SUPPORT:
This is a registered company under banner “Swastik Group”, Kolkata, India.
We are experienced in above field since year 2000.
We can support on line 7 X 24 by mail.
We can support you to start your own org under Tie-Up with us to convince people.
We can train you by On Line Video Call from your end for all above activities.
We can propose by mail to your selected persons for donation on your behalf.
We charge 5% for Tie Up, You can Enjoy 20% and rest 75% to spend after Tax.
PROCEDURE OF OPERATION:
**Mission is to appoint at least one person from each country for donation collection,
**The appointed person will find interested persons for donation.
**The appointed person will forward the details of interested persons to us.
**We'll forward an official offer for donation to the interested person attaching your Photo I Card as our representative to complete the procedure of donation collection.
**All donation will be collected in the name of Swastik Group by bank transfer with an intimation to Reserve Bank Of India to make the money free from Income Tax since it's not the income of the company.
**The Authorized Representative will send the Activity Proposal for help to poor people in their respective country which should be assessed by any Govt. Authorized Person to understand the real need of the help to the concerned person (The Beneficiary).
**The amount approved by the Govt. Authorized Person will be paid back to the Beneficiary by Bank Transfer.
**20% of every Bank Transfer to Beneficiary will be paid back to the Authorized Representative by Bank Transfer.
**5% of every Bank Transfer to Beneficiary will be kept hold as Loyalty of the Project Owner.
WHY AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE IS REQUIRED:
This is to identify and insist capable persons for donation towards help to poor people of the country.
WHY THE TRANSACTION WILL BE THROUGH "SWASTIK GROUP":
**As simple as H2O, this is to manage the Remuneration of The Authorized Representative and Royalty Money of the Project Owner.
WHAT IS THE GUARANTY THAT THE COLLECTED FUND WILL BE PAID BACK:
**As the whole transaction is with intimation to the Reserve Bank Of India naturally the responsibility goes to India Govt.
**An annual financial account is required to continue this activity as well as to renew of the License of the organization.
HOW THE PROJECT OWNER WILL KNOW THE REAL NEED OF BENEFICIARY:
**A video conversation with the Beneficiary will be recorded to assess the real need.
WHY PEOPLE WILL DONATE FOR POOR PEOPLE OF THEIR COUNTRY:
** Persons from Class Status will pay just a nominal part of their hard earned money which is not countable to them according to their income and status. In fact, accumulation of many persons donation will generate a reasonable fund to help a poor person with handsome amount.
WHY ANYBODY WILL BE INTERESTED TO ACT AS OUR REPRESENTATIVE:
**Unemployment is a common problem for every country and so this is an opportunity to earn honest money as like a own business without any investment. Yes, 20% is enough to manage their traveling cost to identify and contact the right persons for donation. In fact, this activity should start through reference in the local area first to avoid traveling cost from the beginning.
HOW TO CALCULATE THE TARGET OF DONATION COLLECTION PER MONTH:
**Again as simple as H2O, in fact, it depends on the status of the person to live well but better collection will help The Representative to maintain better Life Style and the cost of better coverage.

GLASS PAINTING:
Apart from this the other project is to export Glass Painting. In fact, many poor people of India makes Painting On Glass to display as Interior decoration hanging on wall or to put on table, depends on size of the painting, few samples of finished an un finished product is uploaded in my profile.
Now while visit different persons for donation the Representative can also ask for Glass Painting for their home and office out of which a commission of 20% is fixed for the Representative, will be paid by Bank Transfer every month.
These Paintings also can be sold through Retail Shops/Shopping Malls as a nice presentation /home decoration item for any occasion but for that investment is required to stock sufficient quantity of paintings to meet the demand of the sellers in time.
