IamI, I wish I had your positive attitude towards mornings! For me mornings as such are still my least favourite season. And it takes some mumbling and stumbling until my morning shower wakes me up.
But then again I use bird songs as my alarm sound, and that gives a nice smooth wake up.

John, and what about Irish? I had a feeling that people have a serious business-like attitude to drinking there. As in: tonight he's going to get drunk and that's it. No reasons, no celebrations, no miseries, just a pragmatic "will get drunk" and then seriously and methodically emptying glass by glass.
