let me say that this posting blog was caused by me. effectively i was underlining to Forever that i couldn't follow her previous blog in amigos because the % of english mistakes were dramatically increasing.
if i may reply to the question of this blog withour being censored, i think that communication is the salt of the life, if i say something in a wrong manner i communicate wrongly thus my message is not perceived rightly. this means that before posting blogs with no matter contetn, the author should carefully check the meaning of the message to deliver. And now I do not accept to be the reference of your criticisms and i will not reply to any of your comments to my present comment.

I agree with Lizzy.  Mistakes aren't so important here... ideas and communication are.

Well, of course I notice mistakes but as long as I can get the idea out of it without having to read it through 10 times, it doesn't disturb me. I mean, you have mistakes but you're not the worst I've seen, by far not. There have been people where for any effort I haven't been capable of figuring out what on earth they mean.
For the record, Latvian is my 1st language, English is my 2nd but now I speak more English daily than Latvian (it's my work language). And trust me, were I to start writing anything in Russian, my attempts would be 10 times worse than your English  

For a bad mood there are few things which work. When I am really worked up, classical music works like a charm, the more passionate, the better. For slight annoyances funny music works ("always look at the bright side of life" by Monty Python).
Just took a long cycling tour, always cheers up the mood, especially if you're lucky with weather.
And in the end the company of my beloved has an immensely cheering effect.
