To Klauss - they THINK they can speak English. And even that they mostly translate. I have had a message like "you, me, marry", where apparently the guy translated each word separately, then gave me the sequence separated by commas and left me to figure out the sentence from those words.

yes they use translator but why end An english sentence in either of these 2 Latvian words?

I agree with you .... but unfortunately there's not much we (as singles) can do about it.
It's mostly due to industrialization ....and there's no going back there.
How many of you would go back to living a life without hot running water, electricity, central heating, cars, buses, planes, trains, ready made food  ..... just to name a few.
We have to try our best not to pollute this world more than it's already polluted. .... but it's not that simple.

and about women in Turkey..go and check our universties websites(www.ankara.edu.tr) (www.metu.edu.tr)...You will see how many Female profffesors we have..or assistans proffessors..or go and look at Turkish banks..You will also see how may Female managers we have...;))..got it?

You are mistaken by you write, they come in the 60s and 70s! Today they are still not in the masses, but they come from.
The Latvians and Lithuanians go to a foreign country to earn money, they work. If they do not work, they receive no money.

well...dont compare Turks in De. and Turks here in Turkey The Turks in De. have left the country on 60s 70s and they still live on those ages...and yeah we still have some problems with Human rights here..but we are tryin to fix them...and i invite You here..You will see what kind of country we are...and i m asking You why many Latvians -Luthainians and the other east Europeans workin in west Eu?...so kommst du aus deutschland?oder aus Lettland??

Its violation of human rights! The woman are in Tuerkey nothing! We have in Germany 7 MIllion Turkysh people, the most dont work, they are living from my money. First you must learn the language from country they are you.
