For me going in a day or going alone , is not the problems, the most important is if you are having a good time, because the only person in the word that love to spend time with you or other is your self, so what ever you chose to do enjoy it, because you will not have this moment again.

just think as the date as a friend, actually if you go out with a friend of the opposite sex quite often like I do it makes dating easier.

Well the most obvious place where to date is around us.. I mean work, school offers the first sphere of dating.. Parties.. well, maybe for some young people.. I think better then we meet people who have the same interests than us in life.. It can be religion, sport, traveling... And then comes the last reason, the unexplainable "love at first sight".. this one.. is strong, breaks all barriers, races, social class...
