Walter, your passport classification is a bit outdated. The new passports are all dark red. Besides, a blue passport doesn't necessarily mean she's russian. She might as well be Ukrainian, Belorussian, Georgian etc, etc, etc. Or in one word - non-citizen.

my long experience with latvian girls is the following:
if they have red passport =  russian origin =  look to money but positive and easy to have sex
if they have blue passport = latvian origin = badly dressed, speaking about family and tradition, do not like to talk about sex and do not like to laugh
in a nutshell: estonian girls are more open and smart, lithuanian are religious but openmind. i would suggest you not to speak about money anyway otherwise you have to pay more than you expect

Why are you disagreeing? That's exactly what I was saying: that some people tend to idealise the "Latvian girl", but that is not necessarily always true.

i do not share ilze position, i think that the problem in latvia is about the russian minority, the russian girls ar emore open available to socialize and pretty smart and well dressed. the latvian pure girls are not taking care of themselves but only looking to carrer and job.
foreigners tend to mixed up those two different groups of latvian girls
