I like strong personality,
character, entrepreneurial, proactive, energetic and quite temperamental

You can like a person by the looks, you can feel the outside beauty of a person with your hands but you can only lover a person with you heart!
So yes has to be a combination of soul, character and many more better described as indescribable.

i can speak for what i see from my direct experience: latvian and russian girls and some bielorussian girls are definetely attracted by my financial budget my wallet my money.
Meanwhile i look for normal cultured ladies with some sense of humour and being in the mood to make laugh and someting else.
therefore i appreciate sould and body but with sense of humor,style, class, intelligence and self estimation; something very rare in the eastern part of europe as i said at the beginning of my thought.

It is impossible to answer this question unequivocally. At each person different features which do its attractive.
But for me there is one factor, very important. It is sincerity.

There really isn't an answer for this, As for what one sees, another may not, To me it just seems, be nice to all and let the cards fall into place, if its there, both will know :)
