Real love does exist if two people have found it with each other and that it has grown and continued.Sometimes though it has happened but not done so to be everlasting but it was there so the answer is yes.

Had to answer your question by saying it refers to both sexes as some women cannot be trusted either.
If the trust is there in a relationship there is a good chance it may work between two people.
